The updated version of the Actions section is slow and adds too many extra steps. In development, we are moving fast and want to capture our meetings and calls, but it needs to be a smooth and streamlined process.
1. Sometimes we are required to put the start and end date of a meeting that has already passed. This isn't always important post meeting. Should be optional, and consistent.
2. Not sure why the colored icons were removed. They made the process easier to navigate, just as a document with graphics is more pleasing to read than a page of words.
3. Too many drop down boxes and pages. I felt it was easier to use when everything was clearly visible on one page.
4. The option to select "past" at the top of the Actions page to designate the action is complete has been removed and several extra clicks are required to denote it as past now.
5. Seems to be glitchy and freezes more often, though this could be caused by something else.
