The Blackbaud for Outlook tool is very useful, however I have found that the formatting of action notes does not carry over to NXT very well. Specifically the paragraph breaks.

After you add an action from Outlook with notes, then go to view the action details in NXT, the text shows up without regard for paragraph breaks so it appears to be one run-on block of text.

I tried a work-around by going in and manually editing the text of the action in NXT, but to my surprise the paragraph breaks show up in edit mode so there is nothing to change...
