Ability to complete actions in NXT workflows

I am enjoying the automatic workflows we can now do in NXT however when adding the automatic action it doesn't allow you to complete this action automatically. As a result you have open actions on your NXT dashboard.

ie. I have an automatic birthday message being sent to our supporters via the NXT workflow with an action saying it has been sent on their record. Because I can't automatically program the workflow to say the action has been completed it stays open until I go in and mark it as completed. It would be great to have the option to mark it as completed so this can run in the background and no manual work needs to be done. :-)

      Please, please, please. This is such a simple thing to add that will reduce our worktime tremendously. We don't use workflows as much as we would because we can't mark actions complete and must do so manually. When you send 2-5 birthday emails each day as part of a workflow, this adds up quickly.

      I second this idea! It would be nice to be able to use the completed function for this. The workaround of globally completing actions each month (or whatever cycle) is tedious and unnecessary when there's already the functionality available to complete actions one-by-one.

      Is there a way to globally update the incomplete auto birthday actions. We are also sending automated birthday messages.
