We are really starting to use actions and opportunities within NXT. From an efficiency standpoint, when you have an action that is due, would be incredibly easier to show the contact and be able to click their email or phone from the work center then actually opening up the action or opportunity and accessing from there.
Sometimes you just need to pop them a quick email reminder or follow-up, and using that email to trigger an action would be wonderful.
I agree! It's a little frustrating that we can get the constituent summary showing, but not contacts for organizations.
