Currently the Menu Item "Proposals" has a nice blue "Add Proposal" button beside the search bar.  In the spirit of continuity and also function, the NXT team should add a nice blue "Add Action" button beside the search bar on the "Actions" Menu item.  This would be beneficial for adding actions quickly, minimizing the workflow process of navigating to the constituent and adding it there.
