The need for SPEED in NXT

Hi all,

We recently upgraded from RE7 to RE NXT and I'm having a difficult time with speed. In short, what previously was instant at the click of a button, now takes anywhere from a second to a minute to wait for upon clicking.

I'm trying to be a solutions person, not a problem person, so am looking for guidance here. With the slow speed, I have noticed a severe downturn in the amount of work we are able to get done in a day. Has anyone else had this issue and, if so, can you lead me to a solution to this problem?

    My team is having the same issues. Once we had upgraded to RE NXT, it seems everything moves as such a slower rate. I work in events and it has been a huge waste of time just waiting for the program to respond to any of my commands just so I can make a 2 sec change. I would love to see some kind of work around or fix for this issue. The efficiency of my team has dropped dramatically since the upgrade and frankly is driving us all nuts. Unfortunately, I do not have a solution but am hoping that by voicing our issues in numbers, Blackbaud will create a solution. I advise anyone who reads this to also voice their issues.
