Improve the refresh rate of data in NXT
In looking at reporting and lists to help our team keep on track with fundraising, I'm noticing that the refresh rates of data are lengthy. For example, I'm looking at an Appeal report that is telling me that the data is only as up to date "As of 2 hours ago". I feel that a more frequent refresh rate would be more efficient in helping our fundraisers gauge where they are in their efforts.

Yes. It makes the reports almost useless because I can't trust the accuracy. This is especially annoying during real time fund raising events like giving days. The desktop version updates immediately which is great, but it also means people are calling me every 10 minutes for an update because I'm the only one who uses the DT version.
Also, it makes the giving meter feature useless because it takes 20 minutes for it to refresh. I get that you have to approve the batches, but once I've done that it should update withing a few minutes.

Yes, this is really cumbersome. It does not encourage use of reports in web view. My co-workers are always checking with me to make sure the reports are accurate, and I have to cross check database view.
