Add Start/End time to Actions

Our fundraising team make many calls to prospects, and we need to record the length of calls to monitor/analyse call lengths. Being able to do this directly in NXT would be so useful.

    I know in actions you can mark "download to calendar" then add a start and end time, and we would love for time to always be an option - even when not adding to your calendar.
