There is a persistent issue with donation receipts not attaching to emails for the NXT donation forms. From what I understand, this feature is not available yet and will be available late 2024/early 2025.
However, I am unable to mark receipts as unreceipted in NXT, which prevents me from pulling a PDF to manually send receipts to our donors. Even when marked as unreceipted in the database view, there are instances where I cannot reissue the receipt, and the donor does not appear in any list including the unreceipted list.

Please prioritize resolving the issue of attaching receipts to donation confirmation emails through the NXT form. Additionally, we need a solution to either enable receipt attachments or add functionality in BlackBaud NXT to mark receipts as unreceipted and reissue receipts as PDFs at any point through the donation profile. Currently, the system only allows reissuing receipts via email, and the receipts fail to attach. The recommendation to transition our donation forms to NXT has led to ongoing problems and has created timely tasks, making it less efficient than the database view.
