Automatically send a pdf receipt when a donation is made by NXT donation form
Before I will use NXT donation forms and receipting, Blackbaud needs to provide automated receipting as soon as someone makes a donation. The receipt should be a pdf attachment, not a link, and especially not a link that will expire after a year. A copy of the email needs to be automatically sent to the organization so that we have it for our audit records. The problem with links is that not all donors know how to download them. And what if it expires before they (or the organization) downloads it?

We have just shipped a change to allow PDF receipts to be downloaded directly from the donation confirmation email instead of sending separately after batch approval.
Due to security and compliance reasons, this is a download link, and not an email attachment.
If you're using the receipting today that triggers after batch approval, you'll need to edit your forms and change to this new receipting option.
