Receipting options for gifts within a constituent account are inconsistent. Sometimes you can download a PDF and sometimes you can only email them a receipt. Having a PDF/ word document download button in each gift would be very helpful when donors ask us for receipts. Of course we can send the receipt again via email, but it’s better stewardship to quickly pull and email that PDF when we are already in a conversation with them vs having it go through a different email
