I have donors who are elderly and are not tech savvy. They have set up a monthly donation online and thus receipts are emailed. Well they get upset when they are emailed to them and not printed. I can't issue a PDF receipt to them because it was set up as an online donation and will only be emailed. I can't send them another emailed receipt and then do a duplicate or replacement PDF because the first email will make them upset again. It would be nice to be able to override the email receipt and just issue a PDF receipt that I can print and mail. I'm going to loose our elderly monthly donors because this isn't an option.
