Our Blackbaud IDs are associated with our names and email addresses. We have had several staff whose names and/or email addresses have changed (marriages, divorces, various other reasons but the reason doesn't matter). We cannot edit their existing Blackbaud IDs to update their information. The only option we have is to deactivate their ID and create a new one to use their updated name and/or email address. This then also requires for their access/roles to all be set up again. This is unnecessary work. Please allow the ability for us to edit the name & email associated with a BBID.

10/16/2023 Edit: After speaking with other users at other organizations, I was able to get some additional information. While we, as DBAs/Admins cannot edit someone's name on their BBID, users can make that change themselves by logging into blackbaud.com, going to their profile, and editing it. Many users also reported that they could change their own email addresses too. However, that feature is not available to users in our organization. It appears that is most likely due to the fact that we utilize Single Sign-On (SSO).
