Use Blackbaud ID to Vote on Ideas

When voting on Ideas in the Idea Bank, Blackbaud asks you to "Log In" to register your vote. However, I find I always have to go reset my password, because my login for Ideas is different than my Blackbaud ID that is used everywhere else in the Blackbaud universe! Why is Blackbaud ID not the default for the Ideas Bank?

    Yes, in fact I had to reset my Idea Bank password again today! It really should not be this frustrating to get to the Idea bank.

    Yes, please make this easier. Currently this requires signing in twice since just signing in to Community isn't enough. We still have to sign in again to vote. I'm also finding that I have to switch browsers to vote. I use Chrome for everything else, but I have to switch to Firefox to vote on Ideas.

    Yes. This issue is expecially annoying when the header for the page shows that I am already logged in to Community.

    This is a very annoying stumbling block, and I'm a persistent person! I can imagine that this causes quite a bit of frustration and that a lot of people give up. It feels like Blackbaud doesn't actually want you to contribute or vote on ideas because it is difficult.

    It would be a lot more customer friendly if this obstacle was removed.
