I have found that I frequently have to use an old password for any type of posts in the idea bank when I assumed that my password would be the same as my blackbaud password, especially when I click on the "My Account" option from the community page and it opens my blackbaud profile page.  Is this true that there are separate passwords?  I am using Chrome as my browser.
