Share with clients how many Ideas Blackbaud are progressing each quarter

It often feels like Blackbaud are ignoring this Ideas bank (where most support agents tell clients to post if there is something RE isn't able to do) e.g., there are several ideas with over 1,000 votes which are over 4 years old and have never been either implemented or given a reason why they have not been implemented. I recently came across one that has over 1,000 votes and is from 2017! There needs to be some accountability or evidence of action here from Blackbaud.

Therefore, I suggest that Blackbaud send a quarterly or monthly update to all RE NXT clients giving an overview of all the Ideas which have progressed to the next stage during that month e.g., those that have moved to 'voting open', the number moved from 'planned' to 'shipped', and those newly marked 'will not implement'. This would give us all more confidence that Blackbaud is listening to its clients, improve clients' relationship with Blackbaud, and also encourage more clients to provide useful ideas for improvements to make the product better for all of us.

    Great idea but I have no faith that any of these will be looked at. It's abit like them telling us where to send our "complaints".
