Add ability to configure default Event Registration and Online Donation Confirmation email templates

While Blackbaud has configured a template for the confirmation email registrants receive when registering for an event through a registration form and the confirmation email for donors who donate through an online donation form, it is very generic. It would save a lot of time if users had the ability to create a default confirmation email consisting of both a graphic header and/or footer and text for both event registration forms and online donation forms.

    I will also add that it would be great to be able to control spacing between paragraphs in the body. It would be very helpful to have the ability to SINGLE SPACE between paragraphs in the body of the confirmation email.

    This becomes especially important for how the signature line looks:

    The email would look better if these three lines could be single spaced - one on top of the other.

    Yes this is a huge headache to create the header and footers to align with our branding for each event registration confirmation form. Templates would be very useful.
