Previous to the recent change in the Admin Console, Hosting Admins had the ability to view all Blackbaud users, what products they had access to, and what update notices they were subscribed to. This was a very valuable tool! A quick reference for who had what, what information they should be receiving directly from Blackbaud, etc. Now I am told that in order to see (for instance) who has access to FE, I have to open the FE Admin page of the hosting site. In order to view RE users I have to do the same with the RE Admin page. In order to see who has both I need to visually compare the two lists. Please bring back a master list of all Blackbaud users that shows their various solutions access.
