Give admins ability to view database as different users/roles

It would be helpful if admins could have the ability to view the database as different users/roles. This can help us to ensure they have access to what they need and that they can't see what they should be restricted from.

It can also help us to troubleshoot when there are access issues related to changes to the product.

Hi Sue - I found a workaround to test users without having to tell or bug normal users to test it out. I have created three main user profile roles and assigned them to the "test" users.

I worked with my system administrator to create AD logins for 3 "test users," and I was given access to the test user's mailbox so I could view and monitor emails. When you create an NXT login, NXT sends an invitation for the user to accept and complete the login process. This is the primary purpose of the email access.

I am happy to jump on a Teams chat or a Zoom call if you are interested. I could switch between "test users" to test various functionalities within the NXT web view. It's been working for me and is very helpful for troubleshooting if there are changes to the modules. It's also beneficial when I am onboarding/training new NXT users and confirming what they see on the screen and that they have the proper access checked and validated. My email is goob@eastcenter.org.
