I am often emailing back and forth with company sponsors who are relationship names on the organization record. I love when I can easily click on the blackbaud plug-in in outlook at add the email as an action to the record, but the problem is it is only looking at constituent records and not relationship names on the record- so this feature is often left unused as we won't create records or organization contact names since there is too much turn over and sometimes there are multiple contacts at a company that we are dealing with.
