Completely excited that we can add emails as an action item in NXT via the Blackbaud Outlook button, but hindered by the fact that you cannot add custom fields via this method.

Rather, you have to save the action, open the record, and then add the custom fields.  

Would appreciate this feature being built in to the Outlook button.
