Fundraisers have View access to Website Components and they have been very happy with it for a quick visual update each morning.

Now that the Website Components page has moved down in the link hierarchy and requires multiple clicks to see the goal meters, we need a simpler way for fundraisers to easily access the current appeal progress. I somewhat understand the architecture decision from a utility perspective, but "Website components" was already not an intuitive heading for the fundraiser role. And now it is even less intuitive to remember that goal meters are under the heading "Online form designer" especially if designing web forms has nothing to do with the staff role.

My idea is to have a checkbox on a website component to mark it as the "featured" or "pinned" component and then have that automatically highlighted on the fundraising Work Center page or the RENXT home page. It wouldn't have to be customizable for each user, just something the RENXT admin could select to feature for everybody.
