option to choose split amount for a online giving goal meter.
We want to embed a goal meter showing progress for a specific fund appeal. Some donors split their gift between multiple funds and we are therefore not able to display the correct progress. The goal meter is picking up only the full amount without giving a choice for a split amount. Also the Designation Search Designer is not an options as there we need to connect to a specific donation form but gifts to the fund appeal come in through multiple channels.

Agree with this. It is very annoying that Gift Lists now show the split gift amount raised ibased on the fund or campaign filters used in the list. Our goal meter is linked to this gift list and yet the total shown in the goal meter doesn't reflect the list filters but instead counts the full amount of each gift, whether it was a split gift to a different fund or not. Surely this would be an easy programming fix to make. No one wants to show goal progress on their website that is completely inaccurate information and a higher amount than what's accurately been raised. We tell our board members and leadership staff to look frequently at our webpage goal meters for up-to-date numbers and they aren't accurate.
