It's great to have a goal meter visible on the donation page but it's not ideal to have it from the start when no one or very few have donated. It would be helpful to automate this appearing when you reach say 20% of the target or to be able to put different messaging with it. eg "Donations have just opened, be one of the first to contribute" which switches to "We're so close to our target, can you help us make that last jump" once you're nearly there.
