Adding offline donations to Goal Tracker in NXT

Currently we cannot add offline donations to the goal meter in NXT so it does not show an accurate representation of funds raised. If I have a donation form created in NXT with a $ goal, and I receive a cheque donation, it cannot be captured on the goal tracker and there is inaccurate.

      We released this change to the goal meter in website components in late February and in the optimized form goal meter last week! You now have an "offline amount" field you can use for this use case.

      Note: if using website components goal meters, this is only available when using 'donation form' as your source.
