I think it would be incredibly helpful to have a customizable "Goals" Dashboard to track your individual goals. 

For example, I am asked to: 

7% increase in new donors
5% increase in new donors at the $1000 level or greater
2.5% increase in donors previously giving $1000/yr and now giving more
$50000 in first time gifts or first time in a long time (3 years)
$100000 of recurring gifts annually

It would be stellar if I could customize these goals and track them in one dashboard view.
