Add "Include a goal" option to NXT donation forms
Online Express forms allow you to include a goal and display a progress bar on the donation form that shows how much has been raised. As online donations are made, the progress bar will automatically adjust. Having this progress bar or something similar like a thermometer on the NXT forms would be great for our big fundraising times of the year, like at year-end.
Would be even better if you could link the goal to the campaign, fund, or appeal that the form is assigned to and have the total sum of gifts received to the campaign, fund, or appeal display automatically (like a public-facing mini-dashboard).

Embedding is not the same as having the goal meter right on the page. Some of us do not have access to easily update our websites.
Imbedding the goal on the website is totally different than on individual donation forms. The organization's overall goal for a campaign is not the same as the goal that person X has tor their fundraising event. They have a separate donation form for their event and should have the ability to have a goal meter for that event(donation form)
Circling back to clean this up; we shipped "Website Components" including a Goal Meter and Key Metric late last year. You can create these components and embed them into your website. Check them out under Tools-->Website components!
Ditto all. Please, please add this function (goal or thermometer) to NXT Donation Forms. Having it only in Online Express donation forms isn't satisfactory.

We are currently working on a new feature that would allow you to create a "Goal meter" (aka thermometer) and embed it on your website. The first iteration of this feature will be based on a RENXT List (therefore you will be limited to the filters currently available in RENXT gift lists.) Similar to the donation form, you will be provided with an embed code to place on your website.
We are looking for a few customers with some availability in the last two weeks of July to join a technology preview around this feature. As part of this early adopter program, we will give you early access to the feature, ask you to setup a goal meter and place it on a page on your website. You will also be asked to join several calls during a two week period to ask questions and provide feedback.
