I appreciate that the Donation Form Designer is fairly easy to use and that using these forms automates some features for gift processing. However, there are many things that are not updated/automated and there are processes that have to done after the batch is approved. It would be really helpful to a new user like myself to have a complete list of what you need to have in place before you use forms. This would include what needs to be configured in business rules (Constituent Code assigned), the list of queries you should have in place for global changes (Letters and Acknowledge Status) and next steps (duplicate checking on new records), and a clearer description about what you should expect to see when testing in Demo mode in BBMS config (nothing tells me what I should expect to see when testing). I shouldn't have to take 3 classes to figure this out. Make it easier for us by making it easier to see the full process by providing all the steps involved in one easy guide. Thanks!
