Add Fees & Contribution Amounts to Donation Forms

We use RENXT Donation Forms to process memberships and other donations that have fees associated (like SWAG, etc.) so it would be nice for those forms to be able to capture those amounts (donation amount vs receipt amount) just like you offer through Event Forms.

    Adding the ability to include a gift benefit and receipt amount for contributions on donation forms would streamline the process of recording donations that include an incentive.

    We would strongly support the ability to define gift benefit and receipt (contribution) amounts directly on standard and optimized donation forms.

    Today, when we run an appeal that includes an incentive, we rely on custom fields to capture the donor’s selection. From there, our team has to manually update the benefit amount and receipt amount on each gift record in batch. This adds a significant amount of time to gift processing and introduces opportunities for errors.

    In some cases, we’ve even opted to use event forms, because they allow us to define a contribution amount, despite that not being the intended use. While this workaround helps reduce manual effort, it’s not an ideal long-term solution.

    Having the ability to define benefit or contribution amounts directly within standard and optimized donation forms would streamline gift processing, improve data accuracy, and create a much more efficient experience for teams managing incentive-based appeals.
