Select payment method FIRST and then be given the choice for Complete Cover or Donor Cover ONLY if credit card is selected

Digital wallets, PayPal and Venmo are not available on forms with Complete Cover or Donor Cover enabled. It's unfortunate that we would lose that completely with either of these fee coverage options in place.

I understand why there would not be an option for the donor to cover fees on PayPal/Venmo since those are not managed by Blackbaud in any way, but it would be ideal if people could select their payment method FIRST and then be given the Complete Cover or Donor Cover option ONLY if they select to pay by credit card.

    YES! I just spend almost an hour trying to figure out why PayPal/Venmo weren't options on my forms and it was because I had complete cover enabled. PLEASE FIX THIS!

    Amen! It's ridiculous that we have to choose between offering PayPay and Venmo (which our donors want) and the ability to have the option for credit card users to cover the fees. There has to be a way to offer both.
