In testing out Optimized forms, we like a lot of the features except how Venmo appears on Web. On Mobile, it works perfectly - brings up the Venmo app and donors can complete their donation. On Web, however, it just pops up an overlap with the message "Complete your payment through PayPal or close the window to pay another way." Not only is this a bad donor experience with seemingly offering Venmo and then directing to Paypal but the page then becomes inactive. Donors either have to refresh the page or use the back button. Since Blackbaud can tell whether someone is on either Web or Mobile, they should either disable Venmo on the Web version or have Venmo act like it does on Standard Forms - brings up a QR code.
