We've been hit with a large number of fraudulent PayPal transactions utilzing the new Optimized Forms. Adding a minimum donation functionality similar to what the Standard Forms and Online Express Forms have would be extremely helpful at combatting these fraudulent gifts and potential subsequent chargebacks.
