I was originally told by Blackbaud that the NXT Donation forms are responsive — responsive meaning it should snap into place to fit the width of the mobile or desktop screen. Unfortunately that is not the case — the forms are not responsive on mobile or web. As the industry moves toward online donations, this is basic functionality that should be a top priority.

I have worked with BB Support and they have confirmed that the forms are working as intended, which means that the form does not auto-size to the width of the browser when opened.

The final note I received from Blackbaud after much back and forth and testing on their end, they confirmed there are no available changes to be made:

"So I have reviewed this issue for yourself and can confirm this is working as intended. This is how the form would display on certain mobiles (each mobile can display slightly different.) There wouldn't be any additional settings to change this further I'm afraid than what is available on the form designer itself. "

I hope a change can be made to reflect what Blackbaud initially told me before we signed on with NXT.
