Give supporters donating online through a Complete Cover form the ability to change the amount they wish to give towards fees (like they can when the donation is below £10)
We've just moved over to using donation or registration forms and whilst complete cover (Blackbuad pays) is amazing, we've had a few people asking for refunds as they didn't realise they'd paid it. Plus a lot of feedback as been that people are put off by the high percentages and no way to choose.
