Currently it says, "This platform is powered by Blackbaud at a reduced cost to us. Contribute $X.XX (which somehow equivocates to 10%) to them to continue this support." This misleading to the donor, it makes it seem like we are getting some sort of discount on our Raiser's Edge subscription and are at risk of losing it at any point, which we are not. Donors are questioning us as the beneficiary, upon seeing that message. Please reword it to what any other platform says (and to what donors are used to seeing): "Cover the credit card fee for this organization, so that 100% of your donation goes toward impact." Until the current language says something different, we will be unable to keep this in front of our donors.
