Adding a Salutation field to a marketing email

For mailings, it would be very helpful to be able to apply a merge tag/field for constituents 'salutation' and 'addressee'. Rather than just Title or first name etc.

    This would be hugely helpful indeed. We would like to switch from an external mailing set-up but require this to do so. Thank you for considering.
