Add salutation fields to NXT Email Marketing Merge Fields

Allows for better personalization and segmentation of emails. Currently only name fields are available, not any standard salutations.

      We require more field options period - a formatted salutation. Donors are tired of receiving Dear Mike instead of Dear Joan and Mike, especially if Joan is the donor.

      I think this is a suggestion already- RENXT-I-2285. That suggestion has 264 votes.
