Allow primary salutation to be a merge field in emails/add more merge fields in general

This was an option in OLX. Not having it makes sending emails to couples impossible. First name does not work in all cases. Would love to have the same breadth of merge options in the more user-friendly interface.

    I totally agree with wanting Salutation as a merge field for emails. Especially when couples share the same email address. Or the ability to chose the spouse first name or nickname.
