Allow Inactive Phone Numbers without a Primary Phone Selected
Donors frequently change phone numbers. When I go to make a number inactive, NXT insists that I add a primary number. But I don't have one. So the inactive numbers remain as if they are still active. This causes confusion.

I agree – it's very frustrating wanting to mark the one and only phone number (or email!) in NXT as inactive and being asked to select a primary phone, when there is none. I then have to transition to database view in order to do this action.
Same issue when want to mark phone as DNC and have no primary phone number. Blackbaud, please change it so primary is not required for phone numbers or email addresses.
