Donation Notification Emails Should Contain Donor Name

Hi.

It was super disappointing to find out that notification emails did not include donor information such as their name or email. We have just switched from Etap where the notification emails we received were very thorough and included name, address, email address, fund, campaign, appeal and note for donation. I feel that NXT should do the same as well.

    Hello,

    Thank you for this idea. To help protect donor information, we do not include personally identifiable information in emails. We do include a link in the notification email so that authenticated (logged in) users can view personal information if you have given them permission. You can read about how authenticated users can easily see information here.
