We need the ability to be able to modify and create our own confirmation emails. The current emails generated to our staff when a donation is made through a NXT giving form do not contain enough information for auditing/accounting purposes. At a bare minimum, the email we receive needs to contain the donor name and the designation (fund the donor selected).
Came here to request this. Is there no way to make it so that the confirmation the org receives in Web View contains the same information as the confirmation we receive from Database View?

We are not personally identifiable information (PII) in the notification emails. However, there is a link to the donation form area where an authenticated (logged in user) can access the information you mentioned.
