Allow all action fields when adding an action with a workflow

Currently actions added via a worflow do not have a Status, despite that fact that Status is a required field in our database.

It seems pretty obvious that Status should be an option when adding an action with a workflow or perhaps we could set an intial status for ALL workflow actions being added e.g. Pending.

    Please also include custom fields on the actions! We are unable to transition from action tracks to Workflows until this is available. Our flows are based on action custom fields/attributes.

    Action status is so important for creating useful workflows rather than having a bunch of "ghost actions" when pulling lists and running reports based on action status since these have blank action statuses. Any field that is normally mandatory on an action should be available when adding a workflow action. Thanks for considering this feature.

    Totally agree! It makes no sense to not have this as part of the Add Action task within a Workflow

    Please allow Workflow to add the native "Action Status" field, and a "Custom Field" (aka, Action Attribute). Both of these are very important for us!
