It would be helpful to add more nuanced information to a workflow action so that a fundraiser did not have to go into the full constituent record to find the information they need to do the action, and make the workflow more broadly applicable.

For example, we are using a workflow to send birthday cards at the beginning of the month. It would be great to have more detail in the action description, like "Send Birthday Card to Robert Hernandez - birthday 4/19" or "Send [donor name] update on [fund name]."
