It would be great if we could bypass clunky lists that need regular updating by building more conditions into Workflows. For example, if we want an email about match gifts to be sent automatically 3 days after a gift is processed, BUT only if the constituent's Custom Field/Attribute "Does your employer match gifts?" is NOT marked No. That would mean we only want the workflow email to send if that Custom Field is marked "Yes" or doesn't exist on the constituent's record. To that point, we also need better functionality around finding things that are NOT on a constituent's record. As it is, because this particular Custom Field is a Yes/No response, I can't even create a List that isolates folks who just don't have it on their record at all. Anyway, we should be able to set more conditions than time elapsed.
