I was so excited about workflows, only to find that they only trigger according to extremely limited information. We organize our functional fundraising by appeal/campaign. (Funds only tell us whether the gift has restrictions.) Without an appeal/campaign trigger (i.e. Major Gift Program, Membership Appeal, Direct Mail, etc) there is not much we can do with workflows. Right now, we can only use it for our new donor program, and even then, it doesn't sort them by how they came to us. We have different work pathways based on event appeal, whether it was a memorial appeal, a grant, etc. Bonus if a workflow could trigger based on solicitor or Constituency Code! Please please add these filter triggers! Thank you!
