Add a status field for the action for workflow designer
Currently the status field is empty when creating actions in the workflows. One then has to go in and set the status to open or closed. This defeats the purpose of saving time by mass adding the actions in this way.

We have regular, recurring workflows that run and add actions automatically. They're great- except, each week, one of our team members needs to go in manually, query on "open" actions that the workflow has created, and globally change them to "closed".
Simply having the status available to marked as "closed" in the workflow setup itself would save us so much time on this pesky, routine task!
Agreed! Please update the Action options in workflows to accurately reflect the options available--similar to Global Adds for actions in DBV.

Agreed! It just causes additional steps to then have to globally change the actions to closed!
