Allow the "Preferred Name" in RE NXT to be pulled

Allow the "Preferred Name" in RE NXT to be pulled from other name salutations in a constutients' record.

At the moment, the "preferred name" is pulled from the constituents nickname and not every organization uses a person's nickname as a preferred name. Allow us to pull the "preferred name" from another salutation in a constituents record.
