Improving lookup function for "Constituent Name" data type attributes

RE offers a "constituent name" data type for attributes, allowing for a lookup of a constituent name for a field value.  The NXT search for this feature is woefully inadequate.  If we have 5 "Mary Smith" records, "Mary Smith" appears five times in the drop-down with no provision for distinguishing between Mary in Charlotte and Mary in Denver.  Like other NXT search functions, the results list often bounces around before it lands, frequently moving past the desired name before you have a chance to click on it.  A more robust search function, with the ability to find additional information on the names returned, is essential to make this function usable in NXT.

We would like to be able to see Constituent Type in the drop down when searching to help distinguish people.  Having the ability to add class year now is great, but we still need more distinguishing data points.
