I would like to have a regular salutation field for organization records just like for individuals. To have the full org name repeated in the salutation just looks awful. I'm told you can use the contact but it seems that the only time you could use the contact salutation is if the contact had their own personal constituent record which we don't have nor do we need.

I'm new to this so maybe I'm missing something.  Please share what you do for a work around if there is one possible.
