Email Declined Recurring gifts
It would be ideal to be able to build a workflow to email declined credit card donors automatically through NXT.

I built a workflow but you cannot pass a constituent through multiple times. So if someone declines 2 months in a row they only get the one email.
I just tried to use the gift receipting function for this, but that does not allow receipting to zero dollar gifts - even though you can pull the list in and create an appropriate template. But, yes an automatic workflow would be preferable.
I agree - this would be a huge help. In addition, if credit card pledged gift donors could be automatically emailed, that would be a huge time saver in our workflow!
Yes! It would be also great to be able to action Recurring gifts with expiring credit cards - we are sending emails to donors manually now.
